Develops Leadership Once he has exhibited good potential lead- ership, a non-commissioned R.O.T.C. officer is given the opportunity of becoming a member of the LEADERSHIP SCHOOL. This school's purpose is to train the prospective officer to instruct the new members of the brigade in the proper methods of drilling and marksman- ship. After completing this training, the non- commissioned officer applies for a commission, and if he is accepted, becomes a member of the CADET OFFICERS CORPS, whose main duty consists of maintaining discipline among the members of the brigade.
