Marching Band Enlivens School Spirit With pounding basses and crashing percus- sion, the MARCHING BAND intensifies the spirit of Laneites at football games ancl pep rallies. Throughout the season, the band per- forms excellently in events because of its re- sponsible musicians who exhibit great skill in playing their instruments. Their fine music is the result of hours of practice. Because of ROTC instruction, the members perform intri- cate drill movements with great skill. l77
