Freshmen Learn Basic principles ots astronomy, physics, biology, and chemistry are covered in the GENERAL SCIENCE course. Experiments that deal with wearther, optics, and the eyes enable the student to'more easily accept the prin- ciples presented to him in classwork. Films enable the teachers to bring the students up to date on scientific topics such as space flights, weather forecasting, and star map- ping. l.ane'is General Science classes try to create an authentic interest in the students with closs work which is enjoyable and inter- esting as well as informative.
