They were a team we enjoyed watching and one which we were proud to support. The services of our lanky dependable Center Harold Dunifon, will be sorely missed next year, but with that exception we hope we will see all of the boys in action again next season. Promising 8th grade material gives us hopes of a strong team for 1942-43. . The reservebasketball team. which represents Ridges hopes for future champ- ionships. made a credible showing in this sport during the season of 1941--12. They won more than half of the games they participated in, and showed re- markable progress during the season. The boys are quite disappointed because the Junior High Tournament was Cancelled this year. They are looking iorvxard to positions on the varsity next year, and several show promise of becoming quite capable replacements. 30
