Winthrop has decided to give an award of First Citizen to Grandma Baker. She is pleased, much to the consternation of her Grandson, Arnold who has discovered she has unknowingly become a counterfeiter. Arnold is even more con- cerned when he becomes involved with Sally, his long-term fiancee, the F.B.l. and some tough gangsters from Chicago. Things are worked out fine in the end. Grandma gives the counterfeit plates to the gangsters who are "graduates" from Leavenworth, the gangsters are captured by the F.B.l. and returned to their Alma Mater, Arnold and Sally finally decide to get married, and Grandma gets her First Citizen's Award. However, being very interested in art and her charities she turns to stocks and bonds. Arnold F.B.l. Agent y A g I , 5 xi Bank employees 3 s Singing commercial ACT II Cliche for Success ........
