The Choir, under The direction of Mr. Melampy, was very acTive This year. Members of The choir Took porT in Two Triple Trios, cm i OCTeT, and a Mixed Ensemble. These groups and several soloisTs competed in The DisTricT Music conTesT held at Miami UniversiTy on March 4. The Mixed Ensemble, OcTeT, 0nd soioisT, Ray Wheeler received superior roTings. Triple Trio A 0nd soloisT, Carol SpechT, received excellenT ratings, and Triple Trio B received very good roTing. One of The biggesT highlighTs of The year was The formal Spring $ Musicale which was held on March 24.
