Ritta Tate is now the head of a chain of drug stores. Helen Hemphill has opened a salon in Lake Village for beautifying and slenderizing women. She has a secret formula for adding charm and subtracting inches. Frank Hester now runs the biggest wholesale turtle farm in the U. S. Lake Village is proud of Frank for bringing progress to our fair city. Kathleen Hoggard is feature editor for the New York Herald. We can remember when she was just begin- ning on the Lakeside Life Taylor Hurst, better known now as Rock Hurst Newman, is having his Premier performance of Ladies Prefer Freckles at the New Theater. Jo Ann Jennings and Janice Moorehead have formed their own horse show. They brought their show to L. V. and performed for free for all the Alumni of Lakeside. Anna Lou Johnson who was president of the P. D. K. her Senior year at Lakeside, is now in higher politics She is running for president of the National P. D. K. Buddy Knight is a marriage counselor. He specializes in teenage marriages. Mary Louise Mazzanti is sewing for the famous movie star Rock Hurst Newman. Charles McHan teaches dancing at the Arthur Murray studios. He says he likes RSLR best of all. He is a real cat. Jeff McRaney is now the champion deer hunter in Chicot County. Just ask him, he'll tell you. Della Olivi teaches in the commercial department. She got her enthusiasm by being president of the Commercial Club at Lakeside. Sonny Pambianchi has just won a talking contest. When asked for a comment Sonny replied, l am just trying to make up for lost time. Dot Pambianchi is in charge of building a new road to Eudora. Wonder why? Sandy Powell is head majorette at Hendrix. She says she will always be endebted to Mr. Willis. Joyce Rice is teaching children how to ride horses correctly. She calls her place Rice's Rancho. Mary ScuCChi is living on Greenville A.F. B. Her husband is now in command of the base. Sue Seale is now beauty of the U. S.A. She had enough training in beauty contests at Lakeside. Dave Sharp is the head beatnik in Greenwich Village. Man like he is way out. Barbara Ann Smith's Cookbook has made others out of date. Doyne Smith, UA cheerleader, got his experience as a cheerleader at the Junior-Senior girls' game. Jimmie Smith is teaching writing in Elementary school. Really he is trying to start a new language -if you know what I mean. Mary Tanner has broken into the film world,. Her latest movie is Blonde Bombshell Raymond Warren now has a dog ranch. He raises all kinds. Page 63
