STUDENT COUNCIL Elected by the student body in March to serve the following year, the Student Coun- cil consists of a representative from each class plus a president who must be a senior, a vice president from the junior class, and a secretary and treasurer from the sophomore class. The members are elected on the basis of interest in school government, leader- ship, and popularity. Maintaining passing grades is necessary. Creating better fellowship between faculty and students and among students them- selves are some of the purposes of the Lake Worth High School Student Council.
