Dur- ing Homecoming Week they were all put through initiation. Each freshman had to wear eighteen pony-tails, a t-shirt, and a diaper. The homecoming attendants were Caryn Ellingson and Marshall Lund. Later in the year, the freshman class increased in size by two. The new students were Don Beitelspacher and Delila Odegard. Julie Tolzin made her debut on stage in the high school musical, You're a Good Man Charlie Brown. David Greenhaw was selected as the sports editor for the Blue Gold and the freshmen girls helped the B-basketball team end the year undefeated. Class officers: president, Amy Wienk; vice- president, Shawn Hasche; secretary, Sheri Jacobsen; and treasurer. Dawn Tolzin.
