This lesson was learned the hard way by the football team. The boys played well together and learned the true meaning of team- work. They were led by All-Conference players Roger Jones and Jon Nelson. The younger football players gained valuable exper- ience under the guidance of the senior guys: Lynn Hesby, Doug Johnson, Roy Keiser, Roger Jones, Brian Nelson, Jesse Nelson, Jon Nelson, Mike Nelson, Tim Stevens, Mark Swenson, and Todd Waldow.
