They are Jean Anderson, Cheryl Warne, Colleen Rich, and Paula Sittner. The saxophone ensemble, composed of Marcia Warren, Janice Tenneboe, Ellen Nielsen, and Barbara Andersen, received a second rating. The French horn quartet received a second place rating at the contest. They are Maureen Warren, Lois Nelson. Susan Shaw and Julianne Larsen. The cornet trio, composed of Jerry Anderson. Thomas Larsen, and Eugene Austad, was honored with a first place rating at the contest in Watertown.
