THE YEAR'S ACTIVITIES The Lake Preston Chapter of FHA went to Sioux Falls in November for a tour of var- ious schools and industries. During the Christmas season they made a Nativity scene for the school yard which will be set up each year. A Snow Ball was sponsored by the FHA in January. Leslie Anderson was crowned Miss FHA and David Nelson was Mr. Irresistible. Cinderella was the theme for the Mother - Daughter Banquet. The high school boys who served as waiters were dressed as mice. The tables were arranged in a large octagon with Cinderella and her pipkin carnage in the center. The regional meeting in March wls held in Clark. Laxe Preston s chapter presentea an original skit dealing with careers of the Program. Carol Nielsen was elected State Vice-oresidPnt of Public Relations and thus became chairman of Region II. ° president
