RTA Left to right: Mrs. William Barnum, Mrs. Frank Manglesdorf, Mrs. James Mullins, Mr. Gerald Alford, President, Mrs. Thomas Betty, Mrs. Henry Lawhead, Mr. Warren Adams, Mrs. William Gagnon. MR. ADAMS, THE FACULTY, AND THE PAR- ENTS feel that this year has been an extremely successful one for the P.T.A. The annual Back to School Night, was one of the highlights of the P.T.A.'s activities. During the year the many excellent class conferences helped to clear up some of the questions in the minds of the parents. Mr. Alford and the members of the executive board played a great role in making the 1957-58 year for the P.T.A. the best that has been known. THIS YEAR, AS OFTEN IN THE PAST, the Dads' club at Lake Oswego high school greatly benefited the school and community. The annual Scholar- ship Dance in December, a major Dads' club project, succeeded with a record turnout. The profits of this dance will be given in the form of scholarships to individual seniors in recogni- tion of their achievement in high school. HOWEVER, THE GREATEST PROJECT under- taken by the Dads' Club was the rebuilding of the football and track facilities. The new football and track field was made possible from the time, money and effort donated by the Dads' club and the community. Dads' Club Mr. Vincent Stageberg, Secretary, Mr. Bob Porter, Vice President, Mr. Jay Greene, President, Mr. Everett Sundholrn, Treasurer
