Scott Shanks, First Vice-President r Sally Powers, Secretary Philip Hill, President THE EXECUTIVE BOARD School spirit, like patriotism, flourishes best in an atmosphere of cooperation and participation in school government. Mr. Santee realized this and early in the year established a policy of true student government. The wishes of the students reached the board via the suggestion box, and when the suggestions were wise and feasible they were acted upon. We feel that this year’s board has been exceptionally strong and active and the members have proved to be fine representatives of the students as a whole. As individuals they are exponents of the very qualities of which school spirit is comprised—athletic leadership, scholastic attainment, willingness to work, constructive thinking, and sociability. Kenneth Stevens, Second Vice-President Margery Davisson, Social Co-ordinator
