Strenuous ten hour practices week played a major role in th building of the Girls’ Varsity Basketball team. Julie Davis le the squad to an outstanding finis as one of the top teams in th district. Exceptional contribution on defense from Kim Heaven LeeAnn Girman and Margare Siriano stunned the opposing tear by keeping its score to a minimun “The girls were a great group t work with,” stated Coach Gayl Doane, “I enjoyed instructin them!” She also stated that tear unity was a definite factor in th successful season.
