Signs ap- peared in the mail room of the subschools encouraging the staff to go out and be supportive. To help accommodate the teachers, a special cheering section was designated, especially for them, throughout the season. All of this was done to promote interest, spirit, and unity among the staff members. The cheering section, strategically located under the press box, gave teachers a bird’s eye view of all the action on the field. At every game, the section was full of fun-loving faculty members cheering the team on and the football season turned out to be a spirit booster for the facul- ty.
