Could privacy be found anywhere, a place to go by yourself, to be quiet, to straighten out your thoughts, or just think about nothing? The hallways by the shop and home ec. classes did okay, as long as the doors were closed and it wasn’t passing period. The hall next to the smoking lounge wasn’t too quiet, neither was the main hall by the snack bar, but they had to do. In a school of 3,900 students, not to mention the faculty, it was pretty hard to be alone when you wanted to.
