The purpose in the Model Railroad Club is to build and run a large scale model railroad. They visit Southern Railways, often touring the Potomac Yards. The Keyettes purpose is to serve our school and community. So far this year our Keyettes have sponsored a soc hop, car wash, bake sale, clean-up stadium, and canned food drive. They’ve also sponsored Daisy Day and Gum- mie Bear Day. The Keyettes are always working on something! Though F.H.A. is usually associat¬ ed with cooking and such, this group of active girls have; Sold candles for Muscular Distrophy, sponsored a Head-Start party for pre-schoolers, and treated their dads to “pizza and bowling’’. And don’t forget those delicious cara¬ mel apples they sold at the begin¬ ning of the year.
