The good natured Hap was once a teacher here at Lackey. Soccer coach, Chemistry Prof and former Army Colonel, Mr. Chandler now is the guiding hand tor Iunior and Senior High Schools in the county. Many have looked for and found generous and sympathetic help from Miss Bowie. The first year teacher as well as the veteran teacher of many years have called on her to solve problems and suggest new methods.
