FRESHMAN FOOTBALL In Coach Bloss's words, La Sierra's I960 Freshman football team's effort, although not successful, was tremendous. In their five games the Frosh team didn't win one, but they did tie two. Coach Bloss feds that the team had great potential and that by the end of the season showed promise of a more successful future. Two especially fine backs were Sarmento and Atkins, both considered triple threat potentials. One lineman who was always outstanding was Pisor, the team sparkplug. 197
