L--4 SNACKATERIA MANAGER Mrs Eleanor Bxehahn after having planned and prepared appetizmg menus for the week kept records of all food con sumed daily by students during their lunch periods SNACKETERIA STAFF-Mesdames Eleanor Biehahn manager Vera Barber Lois Brown Mary Alzugary Jennie Milanesio and Mae Welsch prepared and served nutritious hot lunches and snacks for a multitude of LaPHS students Snacketerra Provided Appetrzinq Meals THE MAMMOTH JOB of keeping tabs on thousands of LaPHS textbooks was in the hands of Mrs Justine Parnell fcenterl who with her student aides also ordered films and checked audio visual equipment in and out PIZZA, enchiladas, meat loaf, and turkey dinners were iust a few of the many well-balanced meals planned by the snacketeria manager, Mrs. Eleanor Biehahn. She and her well-organized staff served daily approximately 300 hot lunches, to say nothing ofthe 600 sandwiches. A new hamburger machine, stove and malt ma- chine increased the daily output. With the aid of her assistants and student help, she kept the enlarged kitchen spotless. Snacketeria patrons could always be sure of service with a smile. Another service available was that of Mrs. Jus- tine Parnell, textbook clerk and audio-visual sec- retary. In her capacity as secretary she not only distributed and processed textbooks, but she also kept a record of all lost and discarded books. She scheduled the delivery of films, rec- ords and tapes as they were requested by the teachers. She supervised the audio-visual stu- dents and maintained a complete record of all equipment and materials.
