What Our Senior Claw H44 14ccompliAlaed June, l948, marked the end of an era for the Seniors of La Jolla High School. After being pummeled .and prodded for twelve years, they went into their senior year with the knowledge that they had accomplished a great de-al. They had absorbed the learning and precedents set by those who had gone before them, and they had estab- lished new precedents and what they hoped would be traditions for those who would come .after them. As sophomores, they put some bees in some bonnets, and started night dances for the underclassmen. Football goers will always be grateful to the Juniors of I9-46 for instituting the honorable hot dog into the Concessions' bill-of-fare. As busy Seniors, they were well on their way to becoming first-rate club members, in that they had the first Senior Breakfast ever held at La Jolla High School. The Class of i948 would like to express their unbounded gratitude to all tho-se teachers, counselors, and advisors who have, through the years, prepared them to be educated citizens of tomorrow. ,
