Q-W--A Q f,-v,,SCgy Ka VVena O KOHHQEQXXQ1 lm l v W -E PRINClPAL'S MESSAGE The Ka Wena O Kona Stag is to be congratulated on choos- ing Fellowship as its theme for 1937. It is apparent that a lack of fellowship has been responsible for wars and much distress throughout the course of history. Today as we examine the political problems of the various na- tions, and especially those of Spain, Germany, and China we can see the results of a lack of fellowship. In the mainland United States and in our own Territory the settlement of the various labor crisis of today will depend on our imbuing the conflicting groups with a greater feeling of fellowship. The whole world views Hawaii with admiration because- we have shown that people of many races can live together in a friendly manner. Let us strive to maintain this spirit of friend- liness, and to live up to the maxim of the Colden Rule. ' CHARLES J. GRISWOLD C 8 J
