FOREIG LA GUAGE A journey south of the border or into Spain4the land of enchantment--may mean highly seasoned food, midnight swims, and gay, romantic rhumbas, but it also means a different language, some como se elamai's or donde eta usted's. So, in preparation for our vacations, which are, ot course, spent pursuing such bits oi' cul- tural enlightenment, we find it necessary to study foreign languages. The impoi tance ot this being that when ordering meals, itls nice to know the difference between a tortilla and a hot tamale.
