That's the way the score book usually read atter the Knoxville Panthers were through playing a game. The scoring was pretty well balanced this year with Curly Foster usually leading the attack. Although our boys didn't get much recog- nition in the papers they were always a con- stant menace to their opponents. The Pan- thers did beat lndianola, one of the leading teams in the conference, 57-42. The B squad represented Knoxville in the county tournaments and showed up very well despite the tact that they were downed by Tracy by one point. All in all the boys had a very successful season. The thing that means the most any- way is the old saying lt's not whether you won or lost, but how you played the game.
