HA fn j ,pov- 'mv .- ? The practice was hard but it all paid off when it came down to halftime shows and competition , said junior Lieutenant Stacy Hall. The 60 Goldduster members participated in Halftime USA competition in San Marcos, Texas, receiving Most Outstanding Group , Major Natalie Kilgore, a senior, made the All-Star Team and junior Kathi Livingston was voted an All-Star runner-up. Lieutenant Hall received first runner-up for Miss East Texas during officer camp. The Goldduster calendar remained full all year with many activities such as a clinic in November, a Christmas dance, February competition, a spring show in April, team tryouts and the year-end banquet in May. I hadasmall but terrific group ofgirls thisyear, instructor Kim Rodgers said. She also added, Next year I hope to have a larger and even better group of girls.
