Commander Earl H. RUSSELL enlisted ln the United States Navy on 4 March 1946 and served as an Electronics 'Technician until commissioned ln 1957 under the Holloway Seaman to Admiral' Program. The son of Mr. and Mrs. O. E. RUSSELL of St. Charles, Kentucky, Commander RUSSELL is married to the former Oreta L. Howard of Corpus Christi, Texas, and has a married daughter, Karen N.
