INFINITE VALUE Numbers are an everyday part of our lives. In fact, they make up an entire language, a way of communicating between the billions of people on this planet. A WORLDLY VIEW . . . Social Studies is, in simple terms, studying the records of the world. It covers peoples, speeches, wars, leaders, dates, places, and many, many other things, from the Trojan War to the Cold War. It's how societies have evolved and how they affect each other.
