r--s wa . Em. J ' l 12 ,T 1 XJ in it f mae 11 Foods, baked goods must be sold and then consumed before their true worth can be realized. Then, if the product is thoroughly liked and enjoyed, the consumer will come back for more With hopes of obtaining the same quality again. So it is with a high school graduate. Very often what they are expected to be capable of giving or doing is judged by the quality of individuals which have preceded them down the road of endeavor. Since this is so, we must consider what has come before us. We look into the world which we are about to face and see the men and women who left K. H. S. before us already making their marks in it.. hloreover, we realize that most of them have jumped the first and most difficult hurdle leading to successg what they have to offer has been sampled, and it has been well liked. Therefore, we of the present graduating class and those of classes to follow must be ready to meet the high standards which our alumni have already estab- lished. Furthermore, We must give them thanks for so firmly upholding the honor and dignity of our school and the graduates of it. Because they have established a good reputation their consumers, the businessmen and Women of the World We are about to enter, will return to us, the unsold products, expecting to again receive goods of high-grade quality. Because of their examples of what a Kingston High School graduate is expected to be, it is to the past graduates of our esteemed high school that we, the class of ,58, dedicate our yearbook. 3
