Hit 'em high, hit m low, come on gang, let's gol' Everyone recognizes that cheer It is as familiar to the Kingsford rooters as our stadium and our own maize and blue colors The pep band, the student body and other rooters turn out to cheer for the varsity squad The fans sit through all types of weather, both fair and foul, to see their team perform Our team did not win all of its games. It didn't win most of them, but that is not important. What is important is the fact that young American boys were given the chance to work together as a team with team spirit. They had to learn to concen trate and to keep their wits sharpened. They gained desirable character traits. That, too, is important. Regardless of the scores, we know that the football season and the football team were suc cessful.
