Robbie Dean, senior, proved to be a key factor in the success of the team. He placed first in the Con- ference and District tournaments and fourth in State competition. aWe were a really young team with little experience behind us, noted freshman Rodney Kowis. But this didnit hinder freshmen Jeff Wingo and Rodney Kowis, who placed third in the Southwest Missouri State University Relays while the team took first place honors. .
