Officers: Seated: Sentinel Bill Haupt, Vice President Ken Lea. Standing: Treasurer Jeff Helmuth, Secretary Ken Samarin, President Scott Foth, Reporter Joe Porto, and Chaplain Rhonda Smith. Kerman F.F.A. members started their active year by entering many pro- jects in the Fresno District Fair. F. F.A. Greenhand initiation was held in November. This was the second year members were kept busy selling Christmas trees, which was a very profitable project. On February 24, the F. F.A. had its annual Steak Bar-B-Q. Outstanding members received their awards at the Chapter banquet held in the Spring. This year a much needed photo class was added to the already existing photo club. There were sixteen students in the class un- der the supervision of Mr. Jim Seay. The new photo class and the yearbook staff worked hand-in- hand to put together this year- book. The yearbook staff appre- ciated the fact that most of the candids in this yearbook were taken by the photo class. While the photo class took pic- tures for the yearbook, the photo club taught its new members the art of taking and developing pic- tures. The club also planned many projects for the year, some of which included dart boards and the sale of photographs. Phoio Class Focused Jim, Mike, and Ernie working hard? SEATED: John Killen.
