Spanish lub Worked For Field Trips The 1971 Spanish Club initiation proved very in- teresting to new and old members alike. The highlights of the initiation included wearing garlic necklaces, painted faces, and a very messy pud- ding race . With the help of Mr, Contreras , President Alexandria Juarez, and members, the Spanish Club sponsored a bake sale which proved very successful. Another money making event planned by Spanish Club members included a leg contest for boys only. These events helped to raise money for a field trip.
