ushions Ga e Lettermen This year's Varsity Lettermen, led by President Gordon Bizieff, started a money raising project of selling cushions . This proved to be very beneficial to the people in the stands. Other methods of raising money were selling programs at football and bas- ketball games , and a dance at the beginning of the school year. There was also a Var- sity Letterrnen sponsored Jr . High Basket- ball Tournament. The Lettermen concluded the year with a swim party and Bar-B-Que. The club mem- bers distributed brightly colored boxes in stores and the administration office. The boxes full of toys were then distributed around to needy families . The club had a raffle and a slave day for money raising projects. A dinner and a snow trip to Yosemite was enjoyed.
