ad B Decoratzng Rose Ella Salazar Carolyn Simpson ohms!! This year the Pep Girls enjoyed wearing their unifomis to school on game days, but when the weather turned nippy, regret was in the air. Their outfits were entirely new and the girls made pom-poms by hand. The girls raised money by having a raffle on Homecoming and having several car washes. New routines were developed resulting in every day practice after school. Decorating the boys' locker room, making orange cubes for the team, plus helping paint posters for the rallies, were included in the Pep Girls' week-long project. In February, the girls were determined to do their best at the Reedley College Pep Girl Competition but the squad came home discouraged with a fourth place ribbon, and a lot of lessons learned. Pep Girl Clinic opened March 9 for enthusiastic sophomore and junior girls to learn foot work and poise for tryouts held in April. Marlene DuBois '
