UNI. AS as armed The United Mexiczut-American Students, under thc guidance of Mr. Lindsey and President Rudy Gonzales, organized an active club. Meetings were held every two weeks, where they planned activities for the year. Among the activities were attending conferences, dances, and plays at high schools in the Fresno Area. The club also had guest speakers from Fresno State College. In order to obtain funds for their lirst annual lield trip, the club sponsored a highly successful Mexican Pot Luck Dinner and later in the year a dance.
