Administration The addition of Alaska and Hawaii to the United States will, no doubt, bring additional administrative problems to the national government. Perhaps there Nill be times of disagreement hard feelings or even rebellion This lofvever will be a good test of American ideals for it is a basic tenet of American democracy that everyone be given the freedom to hold his own opinions and also be given the opportunity to solve his differences with others At Kensington these ideals are put into practice daily beginning September and continuing until Iune Each class of entering freshmen must be assimilated into the Kensington student body acquainted with Kensington practices and traditions encouraged to make new friends and to take part in all the new experiences offered them This transformation is accomplished through the assistance of Kensington s excellent staff of teachers who are al ways patient kind and willing to help in time of difficulty As freshmen become sophomores iuniors and seniors in rapid succes sion they are faced with still more problems Challenging subiects schedule irregularities aetting homework done on time obtaining an afterschool Job applying for college and many many other problems relating to school life are surmounted each year through the aid of a sympathetic faculty ln addition to being willing problem solver teachers al o supply the eager students with knowledge and specialized skills for use in later life Some student perhaps dont realize the important part that teachers play in their lives As years pa ho ever many will realize that their success is due in larae measure to the fine administration at Kensington 6' 0 .
