Mr Mosson Guides The School Mr Louis T Masson returned to Kensington after a one term leave of absence to serve as Science Con ultant for the schools in the city Upon his return he said It has indeed been a privilege to return to Ken sington and to be associated once more with what I believe to be the finest student body to be found in any school Many problems come to my office but among the most challenging and rewarding are those whose solution helps some young person to greater maturity and self understanding In every human being there is to be found a VVell of Decency in Whose waters flow the finest attributes of character and nobility In the good this Well is readily reached by worthy impulses from Within and its rich Waters are frequently brought up and dispersed to benefit oneself as Well as others ln those of immature years who e lives appear beset by problems the Well is more deeply recessed Within the personality and reached only with con siderable difficulty It may lie beneath strata of misunderstanding hostility and self indulgence While it may resist every verbal form of hammer ing and blasting It can be readily molten by the warmth of friendship and the irresistible throb en gendered by faith and confidence These once established are the key that opens the door to youthful reason The most powerful challenge for good can then be directed to the one in need with the three simple words I trust you 'With this challenge and the firm conviction that there are those WHO CARE youth is amply pre- pared to begin that stirring 'fight within that ade- quately battles the present and assures the future.
