SENIORS DEEP BLUE WATER ON THE INCOMING TIDE: STRENGTH AND DEPTH, WASHED IN ON THE RUSHING WAVES, RIVER UPON RIVER, SEA UPON SEA, MIGHTY OCEANS CIRCLING THE GLOBE, - ETERNALLY MOVING, SEEKING, OUESTING. THE SENIORS ARE ABOUT TO LAUNCH THEIR SHIPS UPON THE WATERS: TO VENTURE INTO THE FUTURE UNAFRAID. OCEAN-GOING VESSELS, LADEN WITH KNOWLEDGE AND HOPE, WILL TAKE THEM INTO NEW, PROMISING PORTS AND HARBORS: INTO THE WORLD AS DOCTORS, LAWYERS, NURSES, TEACHERS, ENGINEERS, SCIENTISTS, HOMEMAKERS. IN THE FULL TIDE OF SUCCESSFUL EXPERIMENT, SENIORS WILL PROFIT FROM THEIR ENDEAVORS OF THE PAST FOUR YEARS. THE FACULTY, A CALM SEA IN EVERY STORM, HAS PREPARED THEM FOR THIS VOYAGE INTO THE WORLD OF WATERS. THEY WILL MEET THE BUFFETINGS OF STORM AND TIDE WITH THE WISDOM, COURAGE AND TOLERANCE INSTILLED HERE AT KENSINGTON HIGH SCHOOL. MANY OF THEIR DREAMS WILL BECOME REALITY IN THE VAST AND FATHOMLESS SEA OF LIFE. SENIORS STAND READY ON THE SHORE, EAGER TO PUSH OFF INTO THE DEEP. THE COURSE IS CHARTED AND NOW THEIR STRONG SHIPS ARE HEADED FOR A FAR-OFF, MYSTIC SHORE. THE PRIN- CIPLES INFUSED HERE WILL BE THE GUIDE, THE BRIGHT BEACON, LIGHTING THE WAY TO DESTINED PORTS. SOON THEY WILL ACCEPT A NEW ROLE AS UNDERSTANDING CITIZENS, AS THE DEFENDERS OF DEMOCRACY, AS THE INSTRUMENTS OF FAITH! PILOTING THEIR CRAFT THROUGH THE WATERS OF TIME, THEY WILL PROBE THE DEPTHS OF THEIR INTELLECT, AND THUS ACHIEVE A SMOOTH AND EVEN COURSE ON THE SHINING PATH OF THE SEA. THE SEA IS CALM TO-NIGHT, THE TIDE IS FULL, THE MOON LIES FAIR UPON THE STRAlTS. .Q ...Q :-be-. F' IN' Film' .' 1 A ff' ...z.. IA lf A If P55 . pw . L... ..... I ..,.4., f f '5' 259 IIIAN I QO
