Girls cheering makes it easy As with the swim team, girls also were there to back the boys' wrestling team. Commonly knows as matmaids, these few girls timed, kept score, and sewed names on wrestlers' jackets. They also helped to give a lift to the guys, as a cheering female makes everything alot easier.
