l 1 1 w 1 1 I Faculty members at Kennedy function as counselors and advisors, aid in building strength of character in classrooms, in ath- letics and in extra-curricular activities, and also exhibit a dedication to the preparation of class work which will enable them to aid stu- dents in their educational pursuits. While the faculty members Work with stu- dents on an individual basis, both in school and in outside projects, the adrninistration is in charge of the group programming for all school functions. They supervise the facilities Within the school and coordinate all instruc- tional activities. Mr. Waldman, who serves as head of the administration, has summarized the philos- ophy of the entire school staff by stating, Rendering service to other people is an im- portant reason for living. You must first stabilize your own life and then render some service to your fellow man.
