Our Superintendent Is New. FRANK 1. SCHXVAB Frank Schwab, principal of the junior high school, assists the younger students with problems they encounter while he- coming adjusted to our educational system. SCHOOL BOARD Superintendent Burt, Rohert Jack, Mrs. Ruth Mary Friend, and Merritt Diggins, who compose the School Board, work closely with school officials and the community to improve our school. 9 'YN fling 11- LORIN A. BURT Dr. Lorin A, Burt, our new superintendent this year, is a native Hoosier. attended Manchester College, Notre Dame University, and Indiana University. and has earned an Ed.D. degree. Dr. Burt. who has heen in the field of education for twelve years, started his career with the Mentone school system. where he was a teacher and coach for fiye years. The next fiye years he spent at Leesburg as principal. Last year he attended Indiana Uniyersity to complete his doctorate. S.
