Dorothy Mercer leaves her athletic ability to Jean Moore and Donald Davis and she suggests that in the future they participate in all the games as she didn't do in the past. Pat Newlin and Margaret Curtin, the constant two-some, bequeath to Barbara Belanga and Mary Anne Lee - - - something. Sorry, We can't figure out what it is yet. Several people have made remarks about Belle Hubbard,s' beautiful teeth. To please these, she is having them extracted and putting them among the trophies in the library for future classes' to ad- lHl1'6. Sonny White leaves his speed and split-second reactions, acquired from his associations with midget auto drivers to Edward Flanders and Robert Yon. Rosa White leaves her faithfulness to one man to Benny Haste, who thus far has had eyes only for Clara, and to Jack Price who pulls hall duty daily with Dorsey Mae. Marvin Yoder leaves his English IV notes to Jimmy Bagget and john Rittenhouse and, incidentally, boys, if you can spare them at any time, let Wayne Boggs have a peep. Ann Wimer leaves her ability to skip Physical Ed. to Helen Wilkie, Betty Turner, and Norma Jean Scott, who probably have already acquired it and not only for Physical Ed. Helen I-Iessel leaves her new looki' to Lenore Rice and Marlene Mead. John Wimer leaves his winning smile to Dickie Sloan and his quiet ways to Faye Evans. Ruth Sanders leaves her waves supplied by natu1'e to Alfred Stanley and Dewey Davis and her brunette beauty to Joyce Carrick. lean Hodges might take a tip from Rosa and be seen less with her boy friendis boy friend, meaning Robert Hendricks. Frances McClannan leaves her boisterous ways to Joyce Hawley. In our analysis of Wilbur, we found that he had no particular trait to leave. Upon his suggestion we are leaving him. You see his last inventory showed a startling deficit. At this point we have given out all the worthwhile traits which we possess. To Richard Lane and jimmy Davenport, we thought- fully Will our library debts for overdue books. Ten years hence, these two will 'probably still be cataloging books or languishing in debtoris prison with Miss Worley as warden. -at 191k-

THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT We, the Senior Class of Kempsville High School. in the vear of nineteen hun- dred and forty-eight C15-1485, being of sound mind and body, do hereby desig- nate this as our Last Will and Testament. To otu' dear old Alma Mater, we leave the records of our grades. In our estimation these should create enough memories. Bobby Turner leaves his peroxide and hair curlers to Sue Kiracofe. Merium Ellis leaves the newspaper to Dolores Lupton and the head- ache that goes with it. Barbara Horstman leaves her method of celebrating Leap Year to Leah Ray Mears. Mary Anna Brooks leaves her ability to get and hold men to Rita Laramey. Kay Reid bequeaths her graceful walk to Iune Garrenton and her Wit to Edward DeFord. Warren Bowman leaves his detailed information of the principal's office and Kempsvillels Code of punishment to Buddy Duplain, who hasnit been using it lately. Kathleen Iennings leaves a bit of her blubber to Ella Mae Rodgers. Loretta Kelley and Iimmy Spivey leave their ability to hold hands in class and get by with it to Hazel Meixel and Howard Pyle. Last year, Sally Buzzy was left in Cold Storage. Hereis a blow torch, Sally, see if it will thaw you out. Walter Riddlehoover leaves his bulk and bulges to Lawton Box, who could stand a few in the right places, and his talkative ways to Charlotte Baum. Peggy Burks and Florence Williamson will their bangs to Betty Card- ner and Audrey Wolfe. Peek-a-boo, girls. Jeanette Young refuses to leave Billy. Nevertheless, Peggy Hund- ley's motto is K'All's Fair in Love and Warf, james Everett leaves his N. C. walk to anyone who desires to ac- quire it. He offers the first entry blank to Donna Jean DeMaggio. The Senior Class has compiled a list of its many and varied virtues. These we would like to present to Johnny Balance and Eddie Webb bound in satin ribbon to cushion the blow. Alvin Rodgers leaves Cherry a ball and chain and throws away the key. At the same time, he hopes Muscles, Conant gets caught in a pencil sharpener and is whittled down to his size. That,s a joke, son. Lola Minson leaves her face to I. P. Davenport. Incidentally I. P., to aid you in this delicate operation Cremoving your head, of coursel, you will iind a chisel and hack saw in the furnace room. We are sorry that Harold Childs doesn't possess a nag to leave to Carolyn Davis. In the place ot a seat in the saddle, he leaves her his seat in homeroom. H-if 18 Elsi-
