It is no secret that the transfer from elementary school to high school brings prob- lems and perplexities. but what every Branch student discovers is that Mr. Hutton is easy of approach, calm, unruftled, and master of the problem, His even. reassuring way can erase even the near-panic and send the student on his way reioicing. Once each semester Mr. Mclieag goes into retreat somewhere in the building. He goes to his lonely cubicle with a stack of record books and papers. Eventually he emerges with a look of triumph on his face and a master program in his hand. The program clicks and registration soon begins.
