He's someone who is always willing to listen to you. Whether your problems are-physical aches and pains, a test you flunked, or something more serious, he's always there to lean on or give advice. No matter how busy he is, there's time for you. Time to listen, to participate in assemblies, to help out in any way he can. 3 Mostly he's a wonderful coach. The experience he's had enables him to totally comprehend the physical and mental stress involved in long distance running. He knows what it feels like to succeed and also to fail. There's never any pressure placed on any runner, except what the individual places on himself. Although there is no pressure, each of us wants to do well for him because we know t.hat he cares very much how we perform and that he's behind us all the way.
