The inhabitants enrich a college through the variety and complexity of their individual experiences. This enrichment, in turn, becomes the means by which these people develop and expand their insight. l The extent to which this develop- ment and expansion takes place de- pends directly upon how involved the individual becomes. Involved members of Newark State are found among the adminis- tration, faculty, and -student body. They take from the college only to give back 'the nearer completion of themselves.
