FOREWGRD We are proud to obtain our positions in the various school systems and classrooms .in which we can do our utmost to teach to the best of our abilities. Through our guid- ance, we hope to help the children we teach along the paths toward fullest possible develop- ment, giving them kindness and understanding. Psychology and other professional courses gave us the realization that each child develops at his own individual rate, physically, mentally, socially and emotionally. Our college professors have pre- sented many philosophies and educational theories which we will make realistic in the situations which will confront us. We are grateful to this college for the fine beginning we have had for our profession and are now ready to prove ourselves worthy of the responsibilities for which we are prepared. As we glance back at our college careers, few of us will forget what is written at the college entrance: Who dares to teach must never cease to learn.
