jeg LIPZSLIQCI 1lCA . . . The class of '6l, already having established for themselves a niche at Kauai High, was ex- tremely active in this year's school activities. The juniors were well represented in every activity of the school. Ably they took major roles in planning for the student body dance and the school carnival. Talented Thespians made names for them- selves through membership in the Commedia Dell' Arte Dramatics Club. Pianists and song- stresses as well as orators and actors contribut- ed to this richly gifted class. Although they are considered uppercloss- men now, the juniors still reported dutifully for cafeteria duty and could be seen doing their share of room cleaning every day after school AAAAH Landis Fu gets his teeth checked by the dental hygienist Mrs Yokoyama MR BALES HOMEROOM Left to right Row I LaVerne Morris Jean Kanemaru Annette Uyesono Lurene Fujita Joyce Tamura Pat ricia Antonio Esther Santos Carmen Palacay Ann Yamaguchi Linda Kawamoto Row 2 Priscilla Posion Jane Salk: Ethel Naito Marsha Muromoto Antoinette Silva Angela Valera Beverly Hashimoto Edna Ku ribayashi Elizabeth Suan Karen Achor Row 3 Carolyn Moriwaki Wayne Muranaka Anthony Kuroiwa Glenn Takahashi George Padilla Rudy Rarallo Harold Urabe Michael Hada Edward Gokan Rosalind Roth well Row 4 Mr Bales Alon Asakurc Myron Dobashi Wendell Marques Roberto Butacan Herbert Oyama Calvin Fujii Milton Agader Timothy Albao Niles Kageyama 36 I l ll ll , , .
