The sophs are busily engrossed in discussing the proposed constitution of the state of Hawaii. Dan points out the Bill of Rights to Shirley, Roy, Robert, and Amy. Core studies classes meet for two periods daily. Freshmen emphasize orientation to their immediate environment, sophomores take up world history and European literature, juniors stress our Amer- ican national history and literature, seniors delve into American problems and advance to a study of English literature.
