On August 5, 1957 Thomas Huey Brown was born and on July 18, 1974 he was taken from us in an automobile accident. Thomas's parents requested the following verse for this memorial: To everything there is a season, and a time for every purpose under the heaven: A time to be born, and a time to die . . . A time to weep, and a time to laugh . . . A time to mourn, and a time to dance . . . A time to get, and a time to lose . . . Ecclesiastes 3:1-6 Jimmie Paul Messer was born on Octo- ber 4, 1959, and due to an automobile acci- dent on January 10, 1975, he was taken from us. At the request of Jimmie's parents the following verse is what they wanted him remembered by: Remember now thy Creator in the days of thy youth, while the evil days come not, nor the years draw nigh, when thou shalt say, I have no pleasure in them. Ecclesiastes 12:1 Due to a terminal case of Leukemia, on July 20, 1974 Edward Lamar Taylor was taken from us. He was born on August 13, 1957. The following is a verse that his par- ents chose for his memorial: Death is always and under all circumstances a tragedy, for if it is not, then it means life itself has become one. FAC LTY '-: lf' -1 0 The Faculty section of the Yearbook has changed this year. The teachers have been shown doing the things they enjoy out of class, just like we the students who have our own outside activities. This section has been done by Marie Alexander and Kim Wheeler.
